TURNAROUND

Turnaround time will be stated with your order confirmation, as a guide its usually 1 – 2 weeks from receipt of payment and subject to the availability of the garments or materials in your order. We will always try everything under our control to meet your deadline, but we cannot accept liability for delays beyond our control.

We will not be liable if we are unable to perform our obligations under these terms and conditions due to the failure of any machine, data processing system or transmission link or to any circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to strike, industrial action, war, fire, act of God or prohibition or enactment of any kind). Mission Print cannot accept liability for consequential loss.

CARRIAGE

The cost of packing and shipping your goods is charged onto you at cost. The exact cost depends on the weight and volume of your goods, please ask for an estimate before you place your order.

If you are unable to collect your goods in person we would normally arrange next working day delivery with APC couriers. We’ve found them to be the most reliable of all the national courier networks.

For international deliveries we use UPS.
For particularly urgent or valuable items we’d recommend a dedicated same day door to door service.
For bulk orders we recommend pallet freight where practical.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

In the unlikely event of your goods being damaged in transit its crucial that you sign for them as “damaged”. It would also help us to claim for compensation if you are able to take photos of the condition the goods arrived in. Unless you take reasonable precautions when signing for goods we may be unable to entertain a damage claim.

PRINT DEFECTS

Print defects are very rare but if you are not entirely satisfied with your printed goods it is essential that you contact us straight away. Claims made later than 7 days from delivery cannot be entertained. Pleaseemail sales@missionprint.co.ukwith details and photos of the fault, or on agreement with Mission Print, you should return the order or the faulty items to our offices (Mission Print, 82 Fazeley Street, Birmingham B5 5RD). If a fault is found Mission Print will arrange for replacements to be sent to you and we will refund any shipping costs incurred by you in returning the faulty items. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Where a client provides their own garments for us to print, we work to a 2% error rate. Any spoils above this margin will be covered by Mission Print. Mission Print cannot accept liability for consequential loss.

ARTWORK SUPPLY

We have provided Artwork Guidelines to help you get the most from your printed products. We will supply a pdf visual for your approval before printing, only as an approximate representation of what to expect.

Please carefully check the print widths listed in the proof. If you require accurate colour matching in your printed product its essential that you consult a Pantone® book rather than rely on colour references from a computer screen. For most print processes we ask for Pantone® Solid Coated references. Without a colour reference we will do our best to match your artwork but please be aware that computer displays can vary.

If exacting reproduction is necessary e.g fine art prints or for orders with large volumes, we will discuss the costs of printing a pre-production sample.
